Privacy notice

What we collect

When you ask for a quote or contact us, we collect what you choose to give us. That can include:

• your name, phone, email and ZIP code
• property or business addresses and business details
• the number of drivers and the vehicles to insure
• your current insurer and renewal month
• anything you write in the notes field

Our web host also processes technical data, such as your IP address, in server logs for security. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics or tracking pixels. Your browser remembers your language and motion choices on your own device; that is not sent to us. Office maps load from Google only when you tap "Show map", and Google's privacy policy then applies to that map.

Please don't send sensitive numbers

Please do not send Social Security, driver's license or bank numbers through the website. If they are needed, an agent will ask for them by phone.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• answer your request
• prepare quotes
• apply for, service and renew insurance you ask us to place
• meet legal and regulatory requirements

Who we share it with

We share it with:

• insurance companies and their underwriters, to get the quotes or coverage you request
• service providers who help us run the website and deliver email (for example, our hosting and email-delivery providers), under confidentiality obligations
• regulators, or others when the law requires or permits

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.

Calls, texts and email

When you send a quote request, you agree that we may contact you about it by phone, email or text at the number and address you gave us, as stated next to the Send button. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Call (915) 353-1501, email admin@tsiallc.com, or reply STOP to any text. If you become our customer, we will also give you our privacy notice under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, which describes our practices for customer information.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests only as long as we need them to answer you, and policy records as long as insurance regulations require.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. If a breach of your sensitive information occurs, we will notify you as Texas law requires.

California residents

We do not track visitors across other websites, so we do not respond differently to "Do Not Track" signals.
